Box of Books is looking for three Customer Support Officers to service our rapidly growing customer base.

About the Role

  • Provide outstanding customer service via our in-app messaging, telephone and email channels
  • Engage with publishers to request texts and raise issues with texts
  • Design, improve and innovate customer service processes across the business
  • Assist in other operational aspects of the business as required

  • Experience – undergraduate degree or previous customer support experience preferred; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
